1. To Delete a Product To delete a product from the above Basket, change the Quantity of the item to 0 and click on [Update Basket]
2. International Orders For International orders, just email us the product names wanted. We will advise you of the full postage costs and payment method if you wanted to proceed
3. Payment Confirmation Once your payment has been authorised, you will receive an email from PROTX confirming your transaction and an email from us confirming your order details.
4. Refunds / Returns All Returns must have their original packaging unopened and sent with a completed Returns form. Refunds will depend on the method of payment (cheque / card).
5. Postage & Packaging For the purchase of a single light weight item only, you will be charged a reduced P&P charge of £2.50, otherwise our standard charge of £4.85 will apply. For all orders greater than £75, delivery is FREE. However if you want delivery of your goods faster than our standard 5 - 10 working days target, please choose our Special Delivery option at £9.50.
